Jegliche Bewertungen bezüglich Ausstattung Essen Animation usw. sind Irrelevant. Was relevant ist und eventuelle Gäste wissen sollten ist: Zimmer mit gravierenden Sicherheitsmängeln. Es wurde in unser Zimmer und das der NAchbarn im 1. Stock in der Nacht während wir schliefen eingebrochen. Die Diebe entfernten Stahlstäbe und die Scheiben und stahlen alle elektronischen Geräte, da diese nur geladen wurden, wenn man im Zimmer war. Ebnefalls hat der Dieb sich an der Minibar vergriffen. Wir vermuten, dass wir betäubt wurden, da keiner von uns 4 Personen etwas bemerkt hat. Zur Information 20m weiter steht die Security. Also Sicherheit wird einem nur sugeriert. Vom Management nur hole Phrasen das Hotel ist versichert und Hakuna Matata (Alles wird Gut). Wer da jetzt noch hinfährt ist selbst schuld, wenn wieder etwas passiert. Zur Krönung dem anderen Paar wurde am Tag der Abreise noch ein Rucksack aus dem Zimmer gestohlen. Was nicht niet- und nagelfest ist wird gestohlen.

We also thank you not only for giving us the opportunity to host you and family but also for the positive reviews on our service. We are aware of the incident highlighted above. We are also sure that the Tourist Police department is well aware of this and are currently doing their investigation to ascertain the incident. As is the norm everywhere, a police matter can only be left to them to do investigations and report back. As management, we empathize with you. We would like to inform you that a lot has been done since then including but not limited to increasing the number of surveillance CCTV, increasing the height of the perimeter wall and securing the same, reinforcing the windows to the room via the balcony as well us improving on the frequency of manned surveillance during day and night. Also worth noting are the organized night and day patrols by our local Tourist Police Unit. All these are geared towards improving the security of our guests and their belongings.
