The Golden Bay Beach Hotel

Dear Guest, Thank you for sparing a few moments to rate your stay at the Golden Bay. It is truly unfortunate to read that you had an overall disappointing experience, and that you found many aspects unsatisfactory. We are very saddened that the service, facilities and cuisine failed to meet yours expectations this time around. Please rest assured that all your remarks will be looked into with great attention and interest. Please do allow me to elaborate on some of your remarks however, so as to portray a clearer picture of the points you have raised. First of all, under no circumstance, do the staff treat any nationality as less of an equal. This type of behavior is unacceptable, and the management takes strict measures to prevent such incidents from happening. Furthermore, your comments concerning the sprinklers have been forwarded to the Chief Engineer who will be looking in to the matter. On another note, in regards to the Entertainment and Animation, allow me to explain that there is a vast program of activities for both Adults and Children, especially during High season when the Hotel operates at full capacity. Some family activities include Aqua Zumba, Pastry Making, Water Volleyball, Karaoke and many more. I am however saddened if this was not made clear to you during your stay. Nevertheless, it is our sincere hope that at some point in the very near future, you can provide us with a chance to earn back your trust; I can assure you that we will do our very best to give you the unbeatable down-to-earth hotel experience that so many of our local and international guests have grown so fond of.
