The rule regarding food and beverages from outside has been established to protect clients from abusive pricing by stores or markets, as well as from poor-quality products. In the room, we provide a minibar, which is restocked daily, and the prices are the same as in local markets. Additionally, we offer a free corner every day with coffee, tea, and water. Our hotel is currently classified as a 4-star establishment, and we are one of the few in the area that fully adheres to all criteria, ensuring that every service provided is appropriate for the price. You originally booked a superior standard room, and we provided you with a free upgrade to a more spacious deluxe room—this can be verified with your travel operator. Breakfast is served at the table by our service staff because we always aim to make our guests feel at home by offering warm and high-quality dishes. However, it is important to highlight that every day, you were served all the same dishes and products as if breakfast were offered in an open buffet.
