Wir waren wegen einem Flugausfall 1 Nacht mit über 100 Leuten in dieser Einrichtung untergebracht. Wir haben noch nie so ein furchtbares und dreckiges "Hotel" gesehen. Haben vor lauter Ekel kaum ein Auge zubekommen. Gegessen haben wir Außerhalb, da hätten wir nichts essen können.
Schlimmer geht es kaum
Können nichts dazu sagen da wir da nichts essen konnten.
Hut ab wir konnten ab 5 frühstücken und wurden von den Animateuren begrüßt.
Die Lage und die Umgebung ist gut, hat ja nichts mit dem "Hotel" zu tun

Your check in was at 4pm and you checked out at 5am wich means you didnt even spent 24 hours in our club and yet you're saying that it was dirty and disgusting. Despite your arrival wasn't expected (because of the flight failure) ,the maids , animators and the restaurant crew did their best to satisfy you. About the food : the night you came was "Tunisian evening" one of the best events at samira club hotel. Moreover the restaurant opens for breakfast at 7 am and yet exceptionally we opened it for you at 5 am. We're afraid that your anger with the flight failure and being with 100 people made you missjuge our hotel and services. Looking forward to welcoming you again at samira club hotel thank you once again.
