4 Sterne sind wohl ein Aprilscherz!!! wegen fehlender Fliegengitter konnte man keine Fenster öffnen. Kein Abzug im WC, die Kleiderablage im Bad, WC. Wegen lauter Klimaanlage konnte man kaum Schlaf finden. Steinharte Polster taten ihr übriges. Vergeblich suchten wir die angebliche Terrasse. Zeitweise stanken die Tümpel, reinste Mückenzucht. Die Sonnenschirme total verschlissen und zerrissen. Das Baden im Meer ist bei Wellengang unmöglich, viel zu viele und zu große Steine. Der Straßenverkehr vor dem Hotel ist der reinste Spießrutenlauf. Zwischen dem fließenden, stinkenden Verkehr, parkenden Autos und Sandlöchern muss man erst seinen Weg finden. Unfälle sahen wir fast täglich. Ja und der Manager konnte in den 14 Tagen nicht ein einziges Mal grüßen.

Zum Frühstück um 8 Uhr gab es geschnittenes Obst und Gemüse vom Vortag erst allmählich kam dann frisches Obst und Gemüse.
Wenn der Manager in der Nähe war, war das Service ausgezeichnet
Vor dem Hotel zu viel Verkehr, keine Gehsteige. Bademöglichkeit sehr eingeschränkt.

Dear Verena, Your complaint did not surprise me too!! you have right to discredit our reputation but we reserved the fact circumstance. You booked & stayed from 09-24 March 2015 total 15 nights. the first arrival you started to complain room far to the beach (room no.205) we explained you nicely because other rooms are occupied you could see all rooms are fully booked as per 100% occupancy. however, we informed you and your representative that you can change room in the next 2 days after guest room no.302 checked out from 11 -24 March 2015 stayed in 302 without any complaints either by you and your representative of TUI. I will not describe how our rooms are look like as all description, information, reviews available on internet, fact sheet, agent's brochures. to complain about the nature such as wave, sand, stones are never considered! to complain the beyond to control such as main road, traffic are never considered too! I am very sure that my staff work properly and provide service from their mind that's why we have many returning guests. unfortunately we really have no idea what you really want on your holiday because you never smile for 15 nights!! I don't really understand why you can suffer your holiday for 15 nights. I believed you still remember that you used a free voucher of dinner by other guest room no.307 you probably know the voucher is for assigned guests only but we're flexible for you and your husband because we don't want you loose your face after ordering and other guests around you. Upon departure date, you requested me at breakfast time for late checkout at 18:30pm. unfortunately we have a new guests to check in and the resort must accommodate them at 14:00pm. as international check in time. I am sure this is the point you angry me. There is no matter what time your flight leave, all guests can use our facilities as normal during the day till departure. luggage room & shower room are available and guests take a shower before leaving. I repeat again that we always listen and read all comments in order to improve our resort for outstanding services & products but negative comments by biased guests will never considered.
