We appreciate the positive part of feedback that the staff were great and nice, the rooms are specious and clean, the pool is nice with lots of space and tranquillity. We have read through all the points of concern you raised where we did not meet your expectations. We have also raised each of these points with the relevant Team members. Allow me to apologise on behalf of the team members for the hiccups you encountered. All guest feedback gathered so far, will be taken into account when planning out the improvements we intend to make. This includes not just the infrastructure, but systems and training of staff.
