Dear Antonio, First of all, we would like to sincerely thank you for your recent stay among us and for taking time to share your feedback. I am glad to read that the staffs exceeded your expectation through their service and thank you also for your appreciative comments on the personal. We apologize for the dissatisfaction of your stay. We take the time to listen to your constructive comments so we can continually improve our services. As you have observed, the beach extends over 300 meters across the unspoiled bay of Haute Rive and it is a fact that depending on the tide, there could be some seaweeds that is washed to the shore. However, we have a team of beach cleaners who attends to the cleaning throughout the day to make sure that the seaweeds are cleared off. This natural setting bordered with Mangroves plants in some areas, is the natural habitat for many species of fish and marine life and is a protected zone. We do however offer an array of complimentary water sport activities such as glass bottom boat outings, snorkelling trips to the turquoise area only a few meters away, pedal boats, windsurfing, stand-up paddle, see-through kayaks and hobby cat among others for our guest to enjoy. We have shared your comments with our team members and you can rest assured that we will endeavor to timely adjust the issues you have highlighted.
