Wir waren für 6 Tage im Mitsis Rinela Beach. Es war für uns das zweite Mal. Dieses Hotel hat einfach alles was man für einen schönen Badeurlaub braucht und deshalb würden wir immer wiederkommen! Die Lage ist super. Man ist innerhalb von 15 Minuten in Heraklion. Außerdem liegt das Hotel in einem super schönen kleinen griechischem Dorf. Das einzig Blöde waren im August die besetzten Liegen im Strand. Schon Morgens um 8 war die Hälfte aller Liegen reserviert. Ansonsten nichts auszusetzten. Die Flugzeuge sind zwar laut, aber wir fanden es immer sehr interessant, nach oben zu schauen wenn eins kommt. Den ganzen Tag laufen Mitarbeiter des Hotels herum und machen sauber oder kümmern sich um die Pflanzen. Man sieht, dass sich viel Mühe gegeben wird. Das Hotel hat viele Treppenstufen, für Kinderwagen oder Rollstühle deshalb eher weniger geeignet... Auf jeden fall weiterzuempfehlen!

It is very important for us to know that you appreciated our efficient and friendly personnel, the cleanliness of our hotel in general, the traditional style of our hotel and our clean beach. As for the inconvenience with our sun beds, we are sorry that you had to deal with that but I should inform you that it occurs not due to the lack of them, but because of the fact that people continue reserving them usually without even using them and sometimes they even make double reservations at the same time both near the beach and the pools, despite the fact that our hotel is against that. There is a law which doesn't allow surpassing a certain amount of lines and sunbeds on the beach. If you add all the sunbeds that we have on the beach to those that we have in the pool areas you will realize that there are enough for all our guests. And also you can always ask for help in this issue from the beach bar personnel. Thank you for recommending us and for entrusting us your holidays.
