Regarding sustainability, we would like to kindly note that reducing our environmental footprint is one of our key priorities, and we continuously review our practices to become even more environmentally responsible. At the same time, we must also comply with strict hygiene and food safety protocols. For this reason, our paper straws are individually wrapped to ensure they remain clean and protected until use, moreover, both straws and paper are made from recycling materials as well. We are sorry to learn that our culinary offering did not fully meet your expectations compared to your previous Mitsis experience. Let us kindly mention that each season we upgrade our F&B offerings with the commitment to serve the experiential needs of the international traveller. Our Executive Chef and Nutrition Specialist are always available and happy to assist guests personally. In case the variety offered at the buffet or a la carte restaurants does not fully meet individual expectations or specific dietary needs, our restaurant team is always willing to discuss personal preferences and prepare suitable meals upon request, including options for toddlers and special nutrition requirements whenever possible. Regarding the sofa bed, we greatly appreciate your comments. The bedding configuration is determined by the booked room category and occupancy. Please kindly note that we offer 19 different room categories, including Villas and Private Residences, some of which provide two-bedroom options for enhanced comfort and space. We are sorry to hear that the depth of the main pool did not fully meet your expectations. The main pool has been designed to provide ample space for swimming and relaxation, and we understand that this may make it less suitable for certain pool games. However, we would like to highlight that our resort features a brand-new pool located in the dedicated Teens & Kids area. This pool has been specifically designed with families in mind, offering a shallower depth and space for children and parents to enjoy water games and activities together in a safe and fun environment. With regard to the aircraft noise, as stated on our official website, our hotel is located just 10 km from the airport. Due to this proximity, some noise from aircraft is obvious to be expected. At the same time many guests appreciate the short transfer time as well as our Blue Flag awarded beach as a significant advantage, but we understand that it may cause some inconvenience, and perception of each guest is different.   Thank you once again for your valuable feedback.
