Aus DeutschlandSind beim Einchecken schon über's Ohr gezogen worden. Anstatt Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick gab man uns Zimmer 376 , direkt am kleinen Pool mit Blick auf Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirme. Auch Beschwerde brachte nichts,da kaum Deutsch verstanden wurde.
Die Lage war ok, da man schnell nach Heraklion kam. Fahrt zum Hotel ging Recht zügig. Der Strand ist einsame Spitze. Ansonsten ist nicht viel zu sehen in kokkini hani

We made you an upgrade as a compliment from a Sea View room to a Front Sea View room, which is the most expensive category of our Superior rooms and costs 50 euro more per day. This fact offered you the privilege of having your breakfast in the Taverna (Vip breakfast in the Taverna is offered only to Front Sea View rooms and Family rooms with private and sharing pool). Probably you wished for a Sea View room on an upper floor but unfortunately there was not such a request/wish noticed in your reservation.
