Dear Vivienne, Thank you for taking the time to post your impressions online. Reading your comments we have mixed feelings. We thank you for your kind comments about our hotels condition and style. Please allow us to point out our opinion on how things run in our property. We are proud for our environmental initiatives and we are not willing to change the natural environment. Our Greek sandy beaches have hot sand due to our climate. A climate which we believe is one of the basic factors for choosing Greece and Rhodes to spend your valued vacations. Our Recreation shows take place in our amphitheater which is indeed in the upper side of our hotel complex. We do have Club cars going up and down the hotel giving priority to families with children as we do understand the difficulty of our uphill architecture. After all we do resemble a Rhodian Village! We find hard to believe that in our seven different themed restaurants you found our food offer repetitive. Our offer expands from Asian cuisine, to Mexican, Italian, Greek, street food and many more options to cover every need in terms of taste and diversity. We never hided our distance from the airport. It is around 50 kilometers. Our unique location is surrounded by nature and serenity. Another reason our guests prefer our property. Last but not least we encourage our guests to review us online. We do not urge them to positively rate us. We just ask for their honest opinion as their constructive feedback is the only reason and mean to held us reach excellency.
