Dear Djula, With great regret we read your brief review. You do not give us a lot of clues to understand what went wrong with your stay so you could give us the chance to improve in certain aspects. Yes our location and architecture resembles a Rhodian village and yes we are located on a hillside. Both information were at your disposal in our hotel description when you made your booking. Our Staff are trained to greet in Greek and then engage in a friendly conversation in English. You did choose after all to spend your vacation in Greece. We understand the value of reviews as they provide us with valuable feedback, on the other hand we do understand that impressions are a matter of perspective and good will.
