Aus DeutschlandEssen war sehr gut. Zimmer ausreichend. Zu wenig Toiletten in der Lobby (von 5 drei defekt) und noch weniger am Strand (2).Viele Strandliegen defekt. Ebenso viele Stühle in der Cafeteria. Warum das Hotel 5 Sterne hat??? Drei wären angebracht!!!!
Essen sehr gut, Getränke nur das Billigste.

You are giving also only 3 stars to the location , didn't you know hotel location before booking your vacation? This is the first thing we ask for according to our preferences and it is not hotel's fault if you have choosen a wrong location not matching to your preferences. Did you ask to discuss your concerns with any one from the management team?
