Wir haben über 10000 Euro für 10 Tage bezahlt. Wir haben nicht die Zimmer bekommen die wir gebucht hatten und sollten gegen Aufpreis andere bekommern. Das Hotel liegt in einer Flugschneise, wobei alle paar Minuten Flugzeuge vorbeifliegen. Es liegt auch ein komischer Geruch über der Anlage. Dieses Hotel ist eine Zumutung und nicht weiter zu empfehlen. Eine totale Fehlivestition.

Dear Michael, We would like to thank you for finding some time to share your opinion about our hotel. We respect your point of you and your remarks have been taken into consideration. Our hotel is located 15km away from the airport so it is quite logical that there will be airplanes flying by but on the other hand it makes the transfer from and to very short and quick. As for the amount of money you have spent it depends on the number of the people that was travelling with you, the room type you had booked, your travel agency’s rates, the fact that it was high season and during it everywhere in the world the prices are higher, the all-inclusive package, your flights and transfers and the fact that Crete is not considered to be the cheapest destination. Unfortunately we cannot comment your statement concerning your room since the details you give us are not enough to investigate it.
