Die Hotelanlage und die Zimmer sind wirklich gut. Liegt direkt am Strand. Der Strand ist eher mittelmäßig. Rechts und links des Hotels ist der Strand teils vermüllt und auch nicht wirklich schön. Nicht empfehlenswert.
Die Zimmer sind absolut top und verdienen ihre 5 sterne (5 Sterne Hotel)
Das Hotel wirbt mit 5 Sternen, gehobene Küche. Das ist absolut übertrieben. Das Essen ist wirklich nicht gut. Kann man mit 3 Sterne Hotel vergleichen. Wir machen viel Pauschalreisen. Das war bisher das schlechteste. Die Lebensmittel insbesondere die Fleischwaren sind absolut minderer Qualität. Als in Punkt Essen kann ich nur vor diesem Hotel warnen. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht und auch verärgert. Wir haben viel Geld dafür bezahlt. Ein Armutszeugnis für Kreta und die kretische Küche !
Es dauert sehr lange bis die Getränke kommen. An den Bars kann man keine Getränke mitnehmen. Die müssen gebracht werden. Sehr lästig und zeitintensiv. Der Service in den Themen Restaurants ist nicht gut. Bestellungen werden falsch aufgenommen, usw... Sehr lange Wartezeiten ins Hauptrestaurant zu kommen. Lange Schlangen am Buffet. Sehr lästig.
Wir waren im April 2023 da. Strand rechts und links vom Hotel nicht wirklich schön. Die Umgebung ist nicht sonderlich gepflegt. Verfallene alte Hotels. Viele Baustellen im Ort. Teils vermüllt.

However, the hotel is not authorized to affect the outdoor properties and the view of properties outside the resort's territory, that do not belong to the hotel, might differ, as much as we try to contain it. Each season we upgrade our Food and Beverage offerings with the commitment to serve the experiential needs of the international traveller. The Executive Chef of our hotel is always willing to help the customers and is ready to discuss personal wishes of the guests in case if the variety of the main buffet does not meet their expectations, so our restaurant team could even cook some meals specially for you and your family upon request (including any special diet/kids food).
