We are deeply sorry to hear that the overall experience did not meet your expectations. Regarding the cleanliness of the rooms, I would like to inform you that the towels and bed linen in all the standard rooms are changed every other day according to our Green Policy unless otherwise requested from the guest where we make the necessary arrangements. If you would like your towels to be replaced they need to be left on the floor in order to ensure this. We hate to hear stories where people leave hotel feeling disappointed, especially when the problem relies on our staff. Our employees undergo a lot of training on improving customer service, but if you feel disappointed that is simply not acceptable. We are sorry that we did not meet your expectations to the utmost and hope we have the opportunity to accommodate you again in order to ensure your next stay is much more satisfactory.
