Wir waren das 4. mal in diesem Hotel, leider hat die Qualität massiv nachgelassen, die Zimmer sind abgewohnt, vieles funktioniert nicht mehr (Dusche, Schränke, Lampen). Auch der Service hat nachgelassen. Obwohl man sich bemüht, den Strand jeden Tag zu reinigen, sieht er ringsherum tw. wie eine Müllhalde aus.

Thank you for always choosing Mercure Resort Sanur as your place to stay during your holiday in Bali. We regret to know that your experience in your fourth time visit did not meet your expectation. With regards of room condition, we pleased to inform you that we are currently in process of finalizing our refurbishment project with our hotel owner. At the meantime, we are proactively conducting room maintenance projects, which include re-painting, re- tile, furniture re-varnishing and electrical work (additional international power points for guest convenience). Training also will conduct to all of my team to improve their product knowledge, communication skill, and attentiveness. The cleanliness of beach also has been communicate with our Housekeeping team, we do daily cleaning to collect the rubbish from beach, this is also considering with the water that bring it from other place to our beach areas. Your feedback is important to us since we continue to improve our quality of product and services. We do hope that you will give us an opportunity to serve you again in the future.
