LAGE UND AUSSTATTUNG (👍 POSITIV) Das Hotel ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und modern gestaltet, liegt an einem ausgezeichneten Standort und verfügt über einen schönen und sauberen Strand. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung und vollkommen ausreichend. SERVICE UND PENSIONSREGELUNG (👎 NEGATIV UND ENTTÄUSCHEND) Die Ankunft war äußerst negativ: Obwohl wir um 12:00 Uhr ankamen (4 Gäste in 2 Doppelzimmern), wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir keinen Anspruch auf Mittagessen hätten, obwohl es bis 14:30 Uhr serviert wird und weil Check-in erst ab 15 Uhr möglich ist. Wenn wir essen wollen, müssen wir für Mittagessen 33€ pro Kopf zahlen. Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel ist die Verweigerung von 4 Mittagessen für müde Gäste, die auf den Check-in warten, höchst unprofessionell. Besonders ärgerlich war die Engstirnigkeit, da wir später feststellten, dass im Hotel riesige Mengen an Lebensmitteln weggeworfen werden, weil es wie immer und überall Gäste gibt’s die dreimal mehr Nahrung nehmen als sie essen können, wodurch diese 4 Mahlzeiten für uns einen vernachlässigbaren Kostenfaktor dargestellt hätten. Ein noch größeres Problem ist die Vollpensionsregelung: Sie beinhaltet nur das Essen, aber nicht einmal das grundlegende Trinkwasser, das man kaufen muss. Uns war klar, dass alkoholische Getränke nicht inbegriffen sind, aber Wasser sollte selbstverständlich sein. Stattdessen erhält man als "Geschenk" (so wurde eine Flasche Wasser von eine Hotelmanagerin definiert), eine lächerliche Menge von einem Liter Wasser pro Zimmer und zwei Personen und pro Tag. Dies entspricht nicht den Standards eines Luxus-Resorts. ESSEN UND PERSONAL Das Essen in den Restaurants ist eintönig und wird nach ein paar Tagen langweilig, da alles ähnlich schmeckt und die gleichen Gewürze verwendet werden. Das Personal ist teilweise unmotiviert, obwohl es auch positive Ausnahmen gibt. FAZIT Das Resort besticht durch seine Ästhetik und Lage, aber schwerwiegende Mängel in der Gastfreundschaft (Verweigerung des Mittagessens, Geiz beim Wasser) und das monotone Essen trüben das Erlebnis. Die Erwartungen an 5 Sterne wurden nicht erfüllt.

We are sincerely sorry that your arrival experience did not meet your expectations. It was certainly not our intention to cause disappointment. Allow us, however, to clarify a few points regarding the full-board arrangement, as this appears to have been the main source of frustration. A full-board package follows an internationally recognized standard, where the arrangement begins with dinner on the day of arrival and concludes with lunch on the day of departure. Lunch on the arrival day is therefore not included unless the guest has already checked in or has booked an additional meal in advance. This information is outlined in the booking conditions, and our reception team aimed to explain this as clearly as possible at the time. Regarding beverages, full board includes meals only, with drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, not included. This is standard practice across international resorts. Complimentary bottled water is provided daily in the room, and additional water is always available for purchase throughout the resort. We regret that our culinary offering did not meet your personal expectations. While many of our returning guests consistently praise the variety and quality of our cuisine, we understand that tastes differ, and we respect your opinion. Our team strives to provide warm and professional service to all guests, even in challenging situations, and we regret if you felt otherwise during your stay.
