Zimmerservice war nicht immer top mussten mehrfach nach einem Handtuchwechsel fragen, da nach 4 Tagen immernoch nicht gewechselt. Swim up ist cool, aber noch kein Sichtschutz zu den Nachbarn vorhanden. Getränke All inklusive ist nicht zu empfehlen, billiger Alkohol und Sirup Getränke.

Dear Anni, Thank you for having chosen the Lambi Resort Hotel and shared your comments in regards to your stay with us. We truly appreciate the time you have taken to share all the aspects of your stay. Regarding the towel service policy all guests are informed as they all have the information in the room. As mentioned, in case of any delay reception desk in always there to assist 24/07. Also it would be helpful to read all hotel's information in advance as there is nowhere mentioned privacy in swim up rooms. There is indeed a separation between terraces though.
