Dear Guest Thank you for your feedback and its a pity that we did not manage to live up to the usual high standards that the majority of reviewers talk about. We go to great lengths to ensure that we employ people with passion, friendliness and warmth. The 3 of the 4 staff at reception speak German, and I never have experienced a problem with other German guests regarding their level of understanding. As for our staff at the bar, guests find them extremely friendly, hardworking, and very professional. If you were to take more notice of your Tour Operator's brochure or even the welcome letter you were given upon check in your would have realized that early breakfast is from 06.30 - 07.30 (continental). For guests that leave earlier we are not oligated to provide anything however,out of courtesy we provide a cup of coffee/tea with a few biscuits. Finally allow me to say that all Greek people are internationally reknowed for their unique hospitable and kind nature, which may differ from other cultures such as the German one, and if you are unable to be open minded and show some respect for the fact that you are in a different country, maybe in the future you should reconsider holidaying within Germany only?
