Sie waren steht's bemüht aber auch nur das.die Hotel Anlage sauber zu halten.dank fehlender Markierungen stolpert man leicht

    Dear Mirko, We regret that the experience you had at the Resort did not meet your expectations. While we have received so many positive feedback recently, it is always concerning when guests leave with a negative impression. We remain committed to improve our service and facilities. There are times during monsoon season when rain wind and storm bring jellyfishes closer to the shore. This is visible not only in Khaolak beaches but all throughout Thailand coasts. Measures are being taken in all Thailand’s beach resorts to keep swimmers safe and maximize the enjoyment of hotel guests. As for Khaolak Emerald, precautionary signs about possible presence of jellyfish have been erected at the beach front and first aid station have been set up to deal with any person who might have been stung. We are very fortunate to be located just steps away from one of Khaolak’s most beautiful beaches and that the jellyfish present in our shore during sometimes are just normal jellyfish and not dangerous ones. We regret that you were not able to see these measures during your stay. During the times when the Resort’s occupancy is not in its fullest, we are giving complimentary room upgrades to some lucky guests. Most of the guests loved the room upgrade to Grand Family Room and we have noted that you are one of these lucky guests to receive the upgrade. The Grand Family Room has 54 square meter area. The bed set up in the room are enough to occupy 3 adults and 2 children. It has also a big bathroom with separate bathtub and rain shower. All amenities that guests needs during holiday are set up in room including coffee , tea and 2 bottles of water replenished daily. We noted that there were only 2 registered guests staying in your room. The Resort also serves daily buffet dinner with menu that changes daily. We are happy to accept all food requests as well when its available. We were aware that we have provided you with some food that was not present in the buffet on your request during stay. As for the activities, we are conducting daily yoga, Pilates, Taichi, Muay Thai Boxing, Water Gymnastic, Football, Mini Disco for kids and other activities that you may think of. We regret that the activities we have were not to your liking. We could have been happier to do the activity you wanted if only informed during stay. We appreciate your feedback and we certainly would have wanted for your experience to be great and we regret that this was not the case.
