Dear Andrea, Thank you for choosing Kassandra Palace Seaside Resort and for taking the time to share your holiday experience. We are extremely happy that we were able to offer you a nice experience and wonderful holidays among us. How lovely to read that you enjoyed our gardens. Also, I cannot but thank you for your special mention towards our most valuable asset, our staff. Moreover, let me state that in our company we accept both positive and negative comments. Regarding our rooms, our resort is under regular improvement and every year we make partial renovations in our buildings and enhancements in organization in our establishment. Moreover, we have a variety in our dinner buffet as every night we offer a different menu (Greek night, Italian night, Fish night) on top of our regular options. However, we assure you that we will take your remarks into serious consideration as through your feedback we can ameliorate ourselves.
