Dear Felix, Thank you for choosing Kassandra Palace Seaside Resort and for taking the time to share your holiday experience. Let me state that in our company we accept both positive and negative comments. I cannot but thank you for your special mention towards our most valuable asset, our staff. Regarding our Main Restaurant, our resort is under regular improvement and every year we make partial renovations in our buildings and enhancements in organization in our establishment. We have a variety in our dinner buffet as every night we offer a different menu (Greek night, Italian night, Fish night) on top of our regular options. In addition, our food is being prepared by executive Chefs who strive to achieve the best service and give our guests an unforgettable tasting experience. Providing the best quality, taste and satisfying the preferences of our guests is of high importance to us. Furthermore, our resort’s location is one of our strongest points according to the majority of our guests. It is at the same time isolated providing a unique privacy for relaxation but in 2 km you can also visit the village of Kriopigi or the village of Polichrono in order to find yourself among locals. If a guest is not satisfied in any aspect, we are available and ready to discuss and give solutions as exceeding our guests’ expectations is one of our primal goals.
