Dear Volker, Thank you for choosing Kassandra Palace Seaside Resort and for taking the time to write such a positive review. We are extremely happy that we were able to offer you a nice stay and wonderful holidays among us. How lovely to read that you enjoyed our beach, entertainment and that you are satisfied with our service. Moreover, let me state that in our company we accept both positive and negative comments. Regarding our rooms, our resort is under regular improvement and every year we make partial renovations in our buildings and enhancements in organization in our establishment. As for our food, we have a variety in our dinner buffet as every night we offer a different menu (Greek night, Italian night, Fish night) on top of our regular options. Furthermore, our resort’s location is one of our strongest points according to the majority of our guests. It is at the same time isolated providing a unique privacy for relaxation but in 2 km you can also visit the village of Kriopigi or the village of Polichrono in order to find yourself among locals. However, we assure you that we will take your remarks into serious consideration as through your feedback we can ameliorate ourselves. We are really glad that in the end you are pleased and we were extremely happy to host you.
