Das gepflegte Hotel liegt direkt am Sandstrand; das schöne Riff ist über einen Steg beim Nachbarhotel zu erreichen. Schön für Schnorchler und Taucher. +++ The well-kept hotel is located directly on the sandy beach; the beautiful reef can be reached via a jetty at the neighboring hotel. Nice for snorkelers and divers.

Das Doppelzimmer war in der Größe angenehm und hat gute Betten. Den Ausblick auf die schöne Anlage und das Meer haben wir genossen. Auch wenn hier und da mal eine Türkante abgestoßen ist oder teilweise Marmor- und Fugenrisse im Bad erkennbar sind, beeinträchtigt das in keinster Weise den Aufenthalt. Im Bad gibt es genügend Ablageflächen, was nicht immer in Hotels gegeben ist. Unser Zimmer hat Herr Sayed M. hervorragend gereinigt und sorgte für stets frische Handtücher. Seine Freundlichkeit und seine Nachfrage, ob alles in Ordnung ist, zeigt die Fürsorge für den Gast. +++ The double room was pleasant in size and has good beds. We enjoyed the view of the beautiful complex and the sea. Even if here and there a door edge is repelled or partly marble and joint cracks are recognizable in the bathroom, this does not affect the stay in any way. In the bathroom there is enough storage space, which is not always given in hotels. Our room was excellently cleaned by Mr. Sayed M. and always provided fresh towels. His kindness and his request to see if everything is in order shows the care for the guest.

Das Buffet ist sehr umfangreich und bietet sowohl geschmacklich als auch optisch alles an, was das Herz bzw. der Gaumen begehrt; auch viele orientalische Essen werden geboten. Alles ist sauber, wird schön dargeboten. Auch hier wird immer nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Ich denke, es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. +++ The buffet is very extensive and offers both taste and appearance everything the heart or the palate desires; also many oriental food is offered. ALLE Mitarbeiter zeigten eine sehr freundliche, dem Gast zugewandte Art, was einen willkommen und wohlfühlen lässt. Der Qualitätsmanager, Herr Monsef, ist stets darauf bedacht, alle Anliegen des Gastes zu erfragen und ist sehr engagiert, auch die kleinsten Probleme zu beseitigen. Mit seiner sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Art fühlt der Gast sich gut umsorgt. Auch Herr Khaled an der Rezeption ist sehr darauf bedacht, eventuelle Unstimmigkeiten zu beseitigen. Besonders zu erwähnen ist Herr Abdel S.; er bietet einen hervorragenden Service im Restaurant. Stets schaut er, ob der Gast auch zügig einen Tisch und Getränke serviert bekommt. Seine humorvolle und freundliche Art ist sehr erfrischend. Auch das ganze Serviceteam ist sehr engagiert, freundlich und sehr emsig. Man ist darauf bedacht, es jedem Gast so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. +++ ALL staff showed a very friendly, guest-oriented manner, which makes you welcome and comfortable. Das vorgelagerte Riff zieht viele Tauch- und Schnorchelausflugsboote an. +++ Depending on how many stops are made at other hotels, the journey from the airport takes about 1 hour. Die Fitness- und Wellnessangebote haben wir nicht genutzt, daher können wir diese nicht wirklich bewerten. Aber was wir gesehen haben ist, dass einige Sportangebote am Pool und am Strand angeboten werden.
