Dear Steffi, Thank you for finding time to post a review of your holiday at our property. We always strive for high customer satisfaction which can only be achieved with the help of your input and the feedback from all our guests. We provide varied menu endeavouring to please a wide range of tastes, keeping in line with our star rating which many guests appreciate as good. Whilst the vast majority of our guests are happy with our daily room services done in a manner consistent with good housekeeping practices and the food we provide, we always welcome customer feedback and will look into what improvements we can make on cleaning of the room and food. We have spacious restaurant including the terrace for dinning As described on our website and marketing brochures, all-inclusive drinks are served by the glass and bottled water is not included in our room price but can be paid for locally. Any amendment/reduction in number of nights booked attracts cancellation fee. We are happy to note that you found the staff to very friendly.
