Dear Guest, First of all, I would like to thank you for your comments regarding your recent stay at our hotel. I am very sorry to read that the hotel didn´t meet your expectations. In this regard we would like to clarify some details referred to the building: being a XVI century Palace, the original structure is preserved and the decoration is meticulously studied. Referring to the access, the hotel is situated in a historical area, access is restricted to vehicles. That why the hotel hardly recommends it guests to park the car before reaching the hotel. We The hotel has agreement with 2 parking places in Granada Center. The cost of night stay is €19.50. Once parked, you can take a taxi to the Hotel and ask him for the ticket or receipt, the hotel refunds the incoming taxi transfer.
