Wir mussten innerhalb von 48 h drei Mal das Zimmer wechseln. Schwanger + Kleinkind. Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert unter anderem… die Kommunikation ist sehr sehr schlecht trotz der gleichen Sprache. Kinderfreundlich wird geworben aber Mitarbeiter waren sehr oft genervt… Manager war bemüht .

Dear Yara, We are sorry that we did not immediately understand your specific needs regarding the air conditioning system which, although functioning properly, was not positioned directly over the bed as you would have preferred. Hotel Marinedda is not advertised as a family hotel, but rather as a hotel suitable for both adults and families. It features a prestigious thalasso and spa center where children are not permitted, as well as high-quality services and areas dedicated exclusively to our younger guests.
