Schimmel im Bad, Putz der sich von der Zimmermauer löste, BIs nachts um 2 Lärmbekästigung durch Bar die sich im 16ten Stock befindet. Unser Zimmer war nicht frei, so dass wir eins ohne Balkon bekamen ( nach einem Tag konnten wir dann jedoch umziehen). Zimmer wurde Zweimal nicht gesäubert: Aussage des Personals..die Putzfrau kommt nur einmal am Tag überall vorbei, falls man sich zu dem Zeitpunkt im Zimmer aufhält hat man Pech..höchstens ein 3 Sterne Hotel!

Dear Nadine, We are very sorry that you were not satisfied in Goldcity. Live music is on the 16. floor in Zodiac Bar two times in a week. You stayed at 4th floor but if you informed us about this problem, we would change your room to other part of the building. Normally our Housekeeping Department works between 09:00 and 17:00 but if you want, you can choose the time when you are available for cleaning. You can easily contact with the Guest Relations Department for making a reservation. We searched but we couldn't detect any complaint that you informed while your stay.
