Dear Mr. Walter, Although we are happy that during your stay at the Hotel Chiusarelli you enjoyed our excellent restaurant "Gli Orti di San Domenico", we cannot understand the bad review on your stay. Regarding the lack of an elevator, among other things well advertised on all booking sites, including the one where you made your reservation, this is due to the fact that, being the hotel from 1870, it is notified, and for the various architectural constraints, no authorization can be given for the installation of an elevator, but we are always available, upon request, if available, to give the rooms on the ground floor or on the first floor. We are also sorry that you were disappointed with the breakfast, which is generally very popular: it may be that there may have been some problems that morning, and if so, we apologize.
