Dear Mrs. Franziska, We thank you for the review on your stay at the Hotel Chiusarelli, although unfortunately, not entirely positive. We are pleased that during your stay you appreciated the excellent location of the hotel, from which you can reach all the main tourist attractions in a few minutes, as well as the room with its cleanliness. We are sorry that you found the hotel noisy: all the rooms are soundproofed, but we understand that the perception of noise can be different from person to person.
