Dear Valued Guest, We thank you for the time taken to share your feedback with us following your stay at our hotel which will assist us with our continuous improvement. Kindly note that being a beach property, sand can be found in many areas as some guests after going to the beach upon return, sandals are not properly cleaned to remove the sand. However, we have assigned cleaning staff to attend to this at all times. At the time of your stay a wedding took place of which all guests were informed prior to the event been held, and music was stopped sharp at 11:00 pm as per our entertainment contract. Our Main Pool which is located adjacent to the lobby is popularly used for day-outings and games, while the Green Pool is restricted allowing only for in house guests to use. Clear Instructions have been given to the Security personnel by our Security Manager to refrain from granting permission for the flying dealers to come inside the hotel premises, and special rounds are being done on daily basis by our Security Manager, and in his absence, by the Officer In-charge of the Security. However, our Security Manager will take this issue up at the Group Security Meeting scheduled in for further clarification.
