    Dear Peter, Thank you for taking the time to write your review. Unfortunately my German writing is not sufficient enough to write you back in it. Therefore I will continue in English. It is quite disturbing to read that you did not feel that you were assisted in the proper manner at the Reception. I will inform the Front Office Manager about this occurrence, which is unacceptable. We have different style of rooms, did you book a Superior room or and Executive room? If you prefer a bigger room, we can always try to assist you in this regard for future notices. You also wrote that the room was not properly cleaned, this is not the standard that we strive to offer our guests. All your feedback will be forwarded to the relevant head of departments and will be taken into consideration in order to reevaluate. Grand Hotel Amrâth Kurhaus takes much pride in the service and facilities we offer and we continue to try to meet the expectations of you and other guests.
