Please note that the services included in the package are detailed by the tour operator prior to booking, including which bars and outlets are covered. We regret any disappointment regarding the pool kiosk. Regarding the outdoor pool opening hours, the pools open daily at 11:00 a.m. as this coincides with the start of the lifeguard's duty and follows the completion of the overnight water treatment, ensuring the highest hygiene and safety standards. Our indoor pool is available from 9:00 a.m. We also understand that being asked for your room number repeatedly may have been inconvenient. As we offer different board types, our team must verify each guest's booked meal plan to ensure the correct services are provided. Thank you once again for your valuable feedback.
