First, we would like to clarify that our hotel strictly follows local regulations regarding music and entertainment hours. Activities around the pool end well before late night, and we do not operate any disco until 3 a.m. at the pool area. Our goal is always to balance a lively holiday atmosphere with the comfort and rest of our guests, especially families. Regarding cleanliness and maintenance, our housekeeping and technical teams work daily according to strict procedures to keep rooms and public areas clean and in good condition. If any inconvenience occurred during your stay, our reception is available 24/7 to resolve it immediately. As for our classification, Djerba Sun Beach is officially rated according to Tunisian local standards, which are clearly communicated to all partners and guests before booking. We are sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations, but we respectfully cannot agree with several of the statements made, which do not correspond to our operating standards or to the feedback we receive daily from many satisfied families and guests.
