Sehr schlechte Service, ich habe 2 Babys bzw mit Kinderwagen und ich habe ein Zimmer in der erste Stock bekommen musst alles hoch tragen, das Bett war kaputt und nicht super sauber, im Kleiderschrank hat mann Spinner und Ameisen. Die Animation sehr schlecht am abend hat mann kein spectacle oder so nur Musik Essen war ganz normal nichts besonderes Personal waren mehr oder weniger freundlich.
