Dear Markus, Thank you for taking some of your free time to review Dimitrios Village Beach Resort on Holidaycheck. We were really sorry to read that you were not happy with the service. Usually we have only positive comments -for all the hotel staff, of how friendly and helpful they are. We are so sorry that you didn't feel the same way. We don't agree that the tables were not cleaned or there were always dirty glasses on the tables. Maybe it was too many people at the same time and it just took longer to clean it up? About the empty drinks, we know, that as soon as the staff knows that something is finished they have to replace it immediatetly. We apologize if by the time of your stay it took longer time than normal. On the other hand, we would like to thank you for liking our hotel location (direct access to the beach) and your positive comments about our housekeeping service.
