Schlechteste Hotel das ich je gebucht hatte. Kein Spa Bereich, Kein Fitness, die Lage des Hotels ist zwar direkt am Strand das ist aber das Einzigste Positive!!! Whirlpoolbereich im Pool wurde demontiert, die Rutschen im Kinderbecken ohne Wasser, das Essen mal warm mal kalt, Rührei wird aus Eipulver gemacht. Speisen vom Vortag erwärmt und erneut aufgetischt, bei der Gefrierbox vom Eis war der Deckel defekt und Schimmel. Hygiene reinste Katastrophe. Bei All inclusive Cocktails aus dem Plastikbecher... Wenn man das überhaupt Cocktails nennen konnte. Die Hotel eigenen Liegen am Strand und Hotel Sperrmüllreif und kosten extra. Reinigung des Zimmers nur Wischiwaschi man muss betteln das man neue Handtücher und Laken bekommt. Das ist kein Spa Hotel sondern eher einen Sparhotel, Finger weg!!! Das Hotel hat keinen einzigen Stern verdient. !!!!! Wer griechischen Flair sucht ist hier auch falsch... Als All inclusive kommt man sich vor wie ein Billigtourist!!!!

Dear Tom, At first we would like to thank you for your time to review us on HolidayCheck. We are truly sorry that your overall experience wasn’t as you expected. Unfortunately, we tend to realize that you have been misinformed; we are not a Spa hotel and we do not have a Gym, it is well known to all the tour operators and online engines we co operate. We do not provide hydro massage in the interior pool, also stated online. If you booked us for those facilities you should address to those who sold you holidays with us. The children’s pool has slides and not water slides, besides this facility weren’t for you to use since you weren’t here with any children. Those who actually use it have never complained about it. Concerning the food variety and quality; we do not re use any supplies from the previous days meals. All omelets are made with eggs in actual time since we have a morning show cooking. The food temperature is the in compliance with the overall demand, there is always an option to warm your food if you like it hot. We use plastic glasses for safety reasons since during the day and evening guests use the pools and the beach to enjoy their drinks and we want to avoid accidents caused by breaking any glasses. The drinks quality on the other hand is an issue of personal taste which we totally respect. We do not accept your comment about the towels and sheets changing schedule since we have daily housekeeping service. Additionally you should consider checking if you have been misinformed for the extra charges for sun beds at the beach, towels, safe box. All those information are well stated to all our co operators in advance. But the most important we would like to state is that we NEVER treat our guests as “Billigtourist”. We respect all our guests and the money they spent to have holidays with us and we are always doing the impossible possible, if we are informed on time about any issue. It is too bad that you haven’t reported anything during your 10 days stay but easily you chose to slander us online. With regards, Archodoula Bofou Reservations Manager
