Es ist ein reines Kinder- und Familienhotel Paare sind absolut fehl am Platz. Sowohl im Speisesaal, im Barbereich oder bei den Pools herrscht ein extremer Lärmpegel. Erholung ist keinesfalls gegeben. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig, so dass man hautnah mithört, was vor der Türe passiert. In unserem Fall waren im Nachbarzimmer Briten untergebracht, die vom AI ausgiebig Gebrauch machten und nachts sowie frühmorgens lautstarke Diskussionen führten. Eine entsprechende Beschwerde bei der Rezeption wurde mit Schulterzucken quittiert. Badetücher für den Strand musste man "mieten" und durfte sie nur alle 2 Tage auswechseln. Das Speisenangebot war zwar vielseitig, jedoch wechselte das Angebot nahezu gar nicht. Es gab einen Weißwein im AI, der jedoch nur mäßig genießbar war. Nach 3 Tagen hielten wir es nicht mehr aus und verlangten von unserem Reiseanbieter die Unterbringung in einem anderen Hotel. Einzig positiv ist der tolle Strand, die Liegen wurden jedoch bereits vor dem Frühstück reserviert. Als einziges Angebot für Erwachsene gab es Beachvolleyball und Boccia. Ein bisschen dürftig.

Dear Bettina, We very much appreciate the time you have taken to express your concerns with Dimitrios Village Beach Resort, after your recent visit to our property. We value all guests feedback we receive, but especially one, such as the one you have extended, as it helps us to identify hotel areas which require our attention and our efforts towards improvement. We were deeply sorry with the one point you gave us and we don't understand why. We can imagine that in areas such as the front kids swimming pool with the octopus slide, that the parents can sit all around, relaxed, to enjoy a drink by the bar while watching their children play, or to the new pool terrace and the new Snack Corner with the opportunity of eating fresh made pizzas, pita gyros and many other delicious snacks from 11:00 till 19:00 , that it can be loud from children. But we have other 3 swimming pools, and especially the one to the end with the jaccuzi is not preferable from kids and that is why is more quiet over there. We also believe that if you you were very close to the outdoors renovated playground with the new shadow tent so the sun will not harm the kids, or if you were siting near the new indoors kids club, that is open from 10:00 to 22:00, of course, it wouldn't be quiet. But all around the hotel we have relaxed and siting areas. and we feel really sorry that you couldn't find a place to rest and relax in our hotel. About the restaurant, especially by dinner, we know that parents will go early for their kids for eating, and that is why we made the time of our dinner half an hour later, so adults can find a sit by the renovated restaurant terrace and enjoy all meals with an excellent sea view. We felt also very sorry when the reception contacted you to show you another type of room in the most quiet area of our hotel but you had already decided that you wanted to move away......
