Dimitrios Village Beach Resort

Dear Katja, Thank you for taking the time to review Dimitrios Village Beach Resort on Holidaycheck. We were so surprised reading the comments about our hotel, because, so far, we have guests who are completely satisfied with the renovated -sea view- rooms, facing the playground. But if you found it loud, why didn't you come to reception to ask if it was possible to change to a more quiet area from our hotel. We would have try to change room, as soon as possible. About the sunbeds, they belong to the Municipality of Rethymno and not only to our hotel, but the whole beach road, is with payment. About the stones, we try to remove as many as possible, but every time there is a storm, new stones appear at the front of the coast of Rethymno. Once again, thank you for your time and we feel sorry that you left our hotel with not the best intentions.
