Sehr schönes Hotel, Zimmer groß und neu renoviert. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Moderner Kidsclub. Preis Leistung in der Vorsaison in Ordnung. Im Restaurant gab es nicht so viel Abwechslung aber durchaus für jedermann etwas dabei. Für die haupturlaubszeit finde ich es zu überteuert. Leider sind hier Hunde erlaubt 🙁.

Für jedermann etwas dabei, allerdings meiner Meinung nach keine 4 Sterne Essen in Buffetform und meistens kalt gewesen
Personal sehr freundlich. Teilweise ein wenig mit dem Saubermachen überfordert gewesen (leere Gläser und Teller standen öfter stundenlang herum)
Vom Flughafen zum Hotel ca 1 1/2 Stunden Transfer. Dann noch ca 150m zu Fuß zum Hotel (guter Gehweg). Bushaltestelle wenige Gehminuten (ca.5min) vom Hotel entfernt. Sehr preiswert mit dem Bus in die Stadt zu fahren. Die Altstadt von rethymnon bringt jeden in urlaubsstimmung - nette Gassen und lokale Breites ausflugsangebot in der näheren Umgebung

We were really happy to read that you enjoyed the renovated room and it's amenities, the service from our hotel staff, the new kids club and the hotel location. On the other hand we were sad to read your comments about the menus in our restaurant. So far, we only have compliments and satisfied guests from our menus and that there is always something for everybody. But your opinion counts a lot to us, because this is the only way to understand where we need to improve. About the dogs, we allow only very small dogs.
