Dieses Hotel hat mich in keinster Weise beeindrucken können. Beim Buffet gab es nur wenig Auswahl, die Zimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig. Auf meinem Leintuch waren Flecken. Das Personal hat ihre Arbeit nur halbherzig ausgeführt. Es gab keine Handtücher für den Strand. Im Grunde musste man für alles zusätzlich zahlen. Für die Getränke musste man ab 22h zahlen. Unter all inclusive verstehe ich etwas anderes. Vier Sterne sind für dieses Hotel eindeutig zu viel. Grundsätzlich konnte ich diesen Urlaub nicht genießen und würde es auch keinem weiterempfehlen!

We are known as a hotel that people really can relax with their families and that we provide a very friendly atmosphere. We are so sorry that you didn't feel this way. About the spot in your bed shits, we are deeply sorry, but, only if you had said it to reception, they would have done as soon as possible everything so it can be replaced. About the All Inclusive program ending at 22.00, we say that every hotel has different rules and regulations about the All Inclusive program. In our hotel ends at 22.00. If someone wants to stay longer in the bar, is possible until 01.00, only with payment. About paying for the sunbeds, we say that the sunbeds are at the front part of our hotel but they belong to Rethymno Municipality, and they ask for this money.
