tolles modernes Hotel, gepflegte Anlage, freundliches Personal, sehr zu empfehlen Unsere Junior-Suite war eine tolle Unterkunft, fast immer sehr sauber. Auch das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Unsere Junior-Suite war sehr schön, top modern, sauber, komfortabel. Also richtig zum wohlfühlen!
Das Buffet-Restaurant war ok, wie es eben in so einem großen Hotel zugeht. Wir waren fast jeden Abend a-la-carte essen in der Taverne oder beim Italiener, dort war es sehr lecker und gemütlich.
Personal war freundlich und hilsbereit, war aber auch nicht das Beste was ich je erlebt habe. Aber trotzdem alles in allem gut.
Wenn man kein Auto zur Verfügung hat, dann kann man höchstens mit dem Bus mal nach Kos Stadt fahren, ansonsten ist das Hotel schon eher ab vom Schuss. Für Rollstühle eher nicht geeignet, da es schon sehr am Hang liegt. Wir hatten die ganze Woche einen Mietwagen, sodass wir auch den östlichen Teil der Insel erkundet haben. Das ist sehr empfehlenswert

Die 3 Pool-Anlagen waren sehr schön, Fitness-Bereich nicht vorhanden bzw. nicht zu benutzen. Auch Animation war in keinster Weise vorhanden, was für uns aber nicht schlimm war, da wir unsere Ruhe haben wollten.

Your wonderful description is much appreciated. We also noted that you particularly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the delicious dishes at "Thalassa & Alati" and "Cucina" restaurant, the swimming pools, the attentive performance of our reception team and generally the modern ambience of the hotel. Moreover, it was great to read that during your stay you took the opportunity to explore the beauties of our magical island. A tour around the island is always recommendable. Lastly, taking in mind your comments about the steps, we wish to note that the guests with mobile difficulties are always facilitated by our club cars for their transfer all around the hotel.
