We strive to provide our guests exceptional vacation experiences and your experience, especially with the reception team, truly does not reflect our genuine hospitality and normal standards of services. We always do our best to accommodate our guests’ requests, if the circumstances allow it. We try to understand the factors that played part to your dissatisfaction. Rest assured that your case will be examined and discussed with our colleagues, since we rarely receive similar comments. None the less, allow us to note that both the daily sport activities and the courts are offered, except the Gym, which is temporarily out of order.
