Personal: unfreundlich und nicht entgegenkommend. Haben wir so noch nie erlebt. Sauberkeit: ok, Boden und Spiegel verschmiert. Essen: minimalistische Auswahl. Geschmacklich ok. Strand: gut und sauber Abendprogramm: gut Drinks: viel Alkohol wenig Geschmack. Wir waren enttäuscht. Das Personal war sehr verschlossen und Buchungsänderungen wurden ohne Information vorgenommen. Beim Nachfragen hiess es nur: "das ist ein Upgrade, sie werden nie mehr in ein anderes Hotel gehen" Es war definitiv eine Abstufung und auf Fragen weshalb das so ist, bekamen wir keine Antwort.
