Das Hotel ist in der Altstadt, zum Pool muss man an etlichen Leuten vorbei, mal schnell in Badekleidung ist da nicht möglich. Strand etwa 400m entfernt und nicht privat.
Geringe Auswahl, schlechte Qualität
Unterirdisch!!! Angeblich bei all inklusive kein Bier. 2 Stunden auf Zimmer gewartet, obwohl Ankunft für Mitternacht telefonisch angekündigt war. Rezeption unhöflich, schroff und stur. Wir wurden nach 2 Nächten gebeten, ein anderes Hotel zu suchen, weil wir zuviel Bier am Pool trinken würden.

Dear Mouadh, Thank you for the feedback. We are very sorry you disliked the stay in our hotel and we are surprised too by certain aspects. Although we can understand that not everyone enjoys our hotel's special concept, the information exists on our website as well as in the travel agencies so you are advised since the beginning about the location. It should be a misunderstanding since our staff is polite and used to deal with many situations and could not ask for a guest to leave the hotel. In such case the remark should have been done on the spot so that the General Manager could intervene and solve quickly.
