Dear GE; our valued guest, Heartfelt thanks for sharing your experiences and constructive feedback following your stay with us at Angsana Ihuru. We are happy to learn that you and your kids enjoyed our charming and cozy island, the villa with private beach and own garden area equipped with swing, sun lounger, etc. ideal for relaxation. Please accept my sincere apologies for the dining experiences particularly food variety and set menu which is not met your expectations. I have shared your constructive feedback with our Head Chef and Food and Beverage Manager to revisit our standard and optimize our offerings to suit our guests' preference at our best. We sincerely appreciate your feedback as it helps us in our endeavor of continuous improvement. In order to prevent the beach erosion around the island, this phenomenon is seasonally changed as it is part of the mother nature, hence we place sand barriers and pump sand on the affected areas. We are in the process of replacing our existing bags used to build sand barrier to GEO bags which are environment friendly. Your kind understanding on this matter is much appreciated.
