Für unseren 16. Maledivenaufenthalt wählten wir nach 2017 zum 2. Mal Angsana Ihuru. Die Insel war etwa zur Hälfte gebucht, wir hatten fast den gesamten Aufenthalt keine Nachbarn.

Zimmer

Wir bewohnten wir beim letzten Mal eine freistehende Jet-Pool Villa mit offenem Bad und einer sehr schönen Zimmerausstattung. Auch wenn die Villen nah beeinander stehen hat man sehr viel Privatsphäre.

Restaurant & Bars

Im Restaurant gab es morgens und mittags Buffet. Abends war Buffet und Menüwahl im Wechsel. Das Restaurant ist halboffen, wenn möglich wurde auf der Terasse serviert.

Service

Gut

Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend. Es wurde im Restaurant auf die Einhaltung der Maskenpflicht geachtet. Man konnte sich trotz Corona wohlfühlen.

Lage & Umgebung

Gut

Die Insel befindet sich im Nord-Malé Atoll und ist in 25 Minuten mit dem hoteleigenen Schnellboot zu erreichen. Die Schwesterinsel Banyan Tree ist ca. 5 Bootsminuten entfernt. Man sieht am Abend die Lichter von Malé, uns stört dies nicht.

Schnorcheln, schnorcheln, schnorcheln. Die Insel lässt sich gut in einer Stunde umrunden.
