Zimmer: Sehr alt alles und eher ungepflegt. Personal in der Lobby: Sehr unfreundlich und nicht kritikfähig. Essen: Immer das Selbe und geschmacklich erinnert es am Fertigessen! Spa: Das einzige, dass mich überzeugt hat! Massage und Aufenthalt sehr angenehm! Alles in allem war der Urlaub aber eine grosse Enttäuschung! Dieses Hotel hat keine 5 Sterne verdient!

Reading your comment about the old room, we can assume that you stayed in a Classic room, which according to our rooms’ description is not renovated. As regards your comment about rude staff, allow us to mention our surprise, as the big majority of the feedback we receive concerning this area is positive. Please be kindly informed that concerning the offered food, we do our best in order to satisfy all the tastes, while at the same time to provide high quality local ingredients. In the 6 restaurants found on the premises of Creta Maris Beach Resort, traditional cuisine meets with "guest cuisines”, while the menu gets repetitive only after 14 days. We hope you have mentioned something to our staff in order to try satisfying any particular culinary need of yours.
