Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback and for choosing Creta Maris Beach Resort for your holidays. We are sorry to read that we did not meet your expectations during your stay with us. We would also like to thank you for your feedback and comments, and assure you that we will take them into consideration, in order to ameliorate even more our services in the future. However, please allow us to offer you some explanation on the above-mentioned points of your review. Please be kindly informed that concerning the offered food, we do our best in order to satisfy all the tastes, while at the same time to provide high quality local ingredients. In the 6 restaurants found on the premises of Creta Maris Beach Resort, traditional cuisine meets with "guest cuisines". We hope you have informed our F&B staff about any particular culinary needs of yours. Concerning the water, Creta Maris has established its own water production system within the hotel facilities, which means we offer high quality filtered water and all guests can refill their bottles or drink directly from the tub of their room. With this action, our resort aims to provide the best water quality to its guest and contributes to environmental protection. Of course, we will take your comment into consideration. According to our philosophy, we support the local production, offering house wines, the best local brand of non-alcoholic drinks, local well known alcoholic drinks, such as ouzo, tsikoudia, rakomelo and a variety of the best local beers. Moreover, our guests can enjoy 100% international branded spirits such as Martini, Pimm’s, Sambuca and others as part of the All-Inclusive program. In addition, in order to meet all our guests’ needs we also offer an alternative catalogue of special branded drinks (e.g. Dom Perignon, Tanqueray, Don Julio, Dimple, Courvoisier V.S.) and fresh orange juice with extra fee. Concerning our main restaurant “Cosmos”, please be kindly informed that it is the biggest restaurant of the resort as it can accommodate simultaneously up to 700 guests. However, we also offer the option of dining in our second main restaurant “Estia”, which is quieter, or of outdoor dining in one of our thematic restaurants (Almyra for lunch and Cochlias, Pithos and Platia for dinner).
